I think my favourite fish to eat is salmon… that’s a lie. I love black cod. But I do love salmon very much. It’s such a versatile fish. You can have it baked, steamed, fried, barbecued, you name it, you can have it. I’ve had it just about every way and no matter how it’s done I end up loving it just the same. It’s hard to butcher salmon.
