Sometimes your body needs a reboot. The sun is coming out in Vancouver, the temperature is getting above 10 degrees, and we all know what that means… barbecue season. Beers on the patio, steaks and chicken on the grill, vegging on patio chairs in the sunshine. Even though it’s the perfect way to live the life and spend your summer days, barbecuing really isn’t the greatest thing for your system.
