Eggs en Cocotte

My very first European city was definitely one to remember. It’s the one women dream about, the city of lights and the city of love, it’s the city that embodies romance – it is Paris, France. Two years ago I ventured to Paris by myself to visit my best friend whom I met on exchange in Singapore. She was from Stockholm but doing an internship in Paris and when I went over, she was on the very last leg of her internship and was heading back to Sweden soon. Baked Blueberry Oatmeal in a Jar

Sometimes it’s difficult to cook for just one. You get an itch, want to bake and often times recipes are for 4-6 servings (of which I along am not). Quick Dinner Idea: Baked Eggs + Sausage

OhSoVeryPretty-Tomato-Egg-Bake-11 copy

Got only half an hour to prepare your dinner? Here’s a lovely quick comfort food recipe I’m sure you’ll all enjoy. I also want to introduce our very first guest blogger, Kay. She’s my younger sister who often cooks these delicious recipes at home.

Recently, our mom has been out of town, so we alternate cooking at home. Since we had soooo much bread leftover from the previous week, we decided to repurpose them into this meal as toast!

Recipe inspired from: The Chronicles of Ms. I-Hua. Prep time: 30 minutes. Serves 4.
