Oh-so-very-pretty-nachos-13 copy

This week is an extra delicious week for the blog because Kay has made another delicious appetizer – Nachos in a jar! So as you all know, I have an immeasurable amount of mason jars sitting around the house and we decided to make use of them (again, I know) for a delicious snack like these!

  • Crushed Tortilla chips (I used chickpea tortilla chips)
  • Yogurt
  • 1 Whole Avocado
  • Shredded cheese (I used tex-mex)

Gok Jai Chinese Dumplings

oh-so-very-pretty-gok-jai-cover copy

Baked Blueberry Oatmeal in a Jar

Sometimes it’s difficult to cook for just one. You get an itch, want to bake and often times recipes are for 4-6 servings (of which I along am not).
